It's Incredible - Best Slr Digital Camera Review

By Hannah Martin

It does not really come with an instruction manual to speak of, so be prepared to play around a lot and have things not make sense at first. I've been looking at getting this camera for a while.

I was a little nervous at first about dunking it in water but it worked great for underwater pictures and video. I need an extra battery and I bought a 16 GB SD card which gave me over 4000 pictures or over 5 hours of video.

If you were talking, sure it's not a problem. So if you take a lot of movies, you might want to go with another camera. My husband hands it to me and it is extremely warm. I try to shut it off and it won't shut off. Nice features. Best buy has it on sale for 269.

Rinsed off the saltwater and took it to the mountains for the long shots. It is small enough for a pocket and great for hiking and backpacking - no worries on dropping.

Probably seven out of ten pictures are terrible. I consider myself pretty knowledgeable in picture taking and I have tried changing all the functions and nothing improves the quality. I gave it 4 stars because of omitted support materials. Really nice camera, I bought it for my brother in law. I took it to a rafting trip in WV and to the beach, it works perfect! You do have plug into the computer before insert the memory card, but other than that is a great addition to your electronics!

This is a great camera if you get stuck in a monsoon or if there will be danger of splash on a lake. Above water the pictures do not come out well at all.

I love it so much! I like the panoramic feature of the camera and the multi shot capabilities. When we tried to troubleshoot, it referred us to an owner's manual. Again, it did not come with any printed owner's manual OR software although the internal manual also referenced included software.

I rated the durability at a 4 because after reading the review from the gentleman who left the camera on his golf cart, I was careful not to expose the screen to any sharp objects, but the screen was still scratched within the first week. This camera definitely needs a carrying case or maybe buy one of those cling-on screen covers used for cell phones. I'm still playing with it and learning all the options but I highly recommend the camera. It does all that it says it does; it is compact and burly. The Polaroid takes a much better photo even though it may be the cheapest camera on the market. Do yourself a favor and buy another product.
