This model has a couple of serious problems that irritates us. First, when we push on button, the lens door open immediately but the camera is not available to take. With only one moving part, this tough camera is a super value if you are a bit hard on your kit as I am. I expected a lot with a tough camera, and it truly is waterproof, but make sure you slide the coking mechanism over or it won't be. I highly recommend this camera. The fact that it is a factory reconditioned camera with full warranty at a fraction of the cost of a new one is just icing on the cake. I bought this camera to replace my beloved Casio EX-V8 which was dropped one time too many. I am a casual user and like to take pictures and videos of the kids.
We carry all the time for great memories. Amazing product as I dropped it in pool and forgot about it, found it after 30 minutes and this camera was working as normal as it was before!
The camera takes mediocre pictures. The day date has to be set every time the battery is changed. Select the option that allows you to talk to a person! The tech support number [hard to find on the website] is 888-553-4448. I will be returning it. If you're looking for a camera to wear while you're floating the river or swimming in a pool/lake/ocean then this is it. I want to throw it in my purse and not be concerned. It does this job and far beyond, thankfully.

I bought this because my wife and daughter both bought them when their previous cameras broke. I got sand in my previous Canon camera and it jams. The quality of photos is great. I love it.
The camera worked fine, but after it ran out of batteries and I charged it a few days ago, the camera stopped working. All it will do is attempt to turn on (the screen flashes "Olympus") but then the screen goes dark and appears on, but completely black, no menu, no image, nothing.
All of my photos taken with the 6020 are perfect, unless I do something wrong. Read the directions and anyone who buys this great little camera will love it and have great success with sharp, clean, well colored photos!
