As jobs become increasingly harder to find, a lot of students will have to face the future with a grim outlook as soon as they get out of high school, or even college. As a result, it is necessary to take steps to stand out from the crowd. One great way of doing this is by signing up for an overseas study program where one could learn a new language and experience a whole new culture, all while continuing to earn credits toward one's diploma. Of course, it isn't as simple as just choosing a country you prefer. And for some careers, studying abroad might not actually be the kind of experience you need.

Of course, the cost of living here is greater than if you were to study in Costa Rica, which is another popular destination for learning Spanish. That way you get to save, not only on air fare, but on cost of living as well.

You will want to make sure you have sufficient financial assistance to support yourself while overseas. Unfortunately, College is expensive in the United States, however Spain colleges are very expensive, easier on the budget.

Some English-speaking countries with affordable college fees are Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines. Even foreigners find these programs great and will enroll in them prior to moving to the United States.
