Introducing Peter Panov Russian Painter And Cubist

By Enid Hinton

The modern art world is much more accepting of new and emerging artists now more than ever. While there were a number of artists rejected from the Los Angeles, and New York art scenes in the past, there are now far more art galleries, museums and special events which now feature new, and well known artists working with all types of media. Of of which is Peter Panov, a Russian artist and painter whose work reflects the cubist aspirations of Picasso, and others.

There is no question that the painter is successful when it comes to selling artwork. The question is what sets this art apart so that this is the case. In discovering the reasons behind the artist's success, others too might also follow suit. Whereas, if the reasons lay unanswered, then so too many pathways which could have led to several successful artists.

With a palette that is superior in color and taste, gallery and museum goers often find viewing cubist art a real treat. The artist uses many vibrant colors created through combining different duller shades of greys. In doing so, the artist creates a style that is separate and apart from other modern artists.

One difference might be the ability this artist has to spin the wheels of imagination while also using aspects of every day life. As this artists, unlike others is of a more modern time, the modern aspects of life are reflecting in the paintings of Panov whereas the images are not always as prevalent in paintings by past cubists and other early artists.

A number of the painter's works can be found on Facebook under the artist's name, and on the painter's personal website. One painting in particular which was created for a private collector is now featured on the artist's Facebook page, while it appears a new personal website is still under construction. The artist does note that more images will be uploaded to different galleries on the site over time.

Any student of art, whether using paint or other media, would be honored to have the talents of this cubist painter from Russia. Known mostly for a background in cubism, the artist is nothing less than a student of Picasso and other more modern artists like Warhol. Unlike many artists whom only paint for a hobby, Peter has always worked towards having work admired by others, whether private collector, or casual buyer.

Most of these cubist scenes fit quite well in any home or office, depending on other colors and themes. With many having already found a way into a number of galleries and museums, the pieces can also be quite expensive. Auction websites are another way to acquire some amazing fine art without having to spend as much as one normally would at a gallery opening, or through a direct purchase from the artist or a professional art show.

Private collectors may want to keep an eye out for this type of art from this painter, and others. At some point and time most artists are discovered, whether still living or otherwise. After which, works by this Russian cubist and other modern artists could very well go up in value over night.
