Insurance coverage is also important. Your commodities must be covered by appropriate policies in case of accidents. Valuable merchandise must have comprehensive insurance for losses, fire and damages.

Adhere to universal protocol. Your products have to follow the mandated packaging policies. Read through the contracts carefully before sending any item. All invoices must be available and secured on the parcel for customs declaration and inspection. Keep a second copy of all invoices for your own protection.
