Audiobooks have been used with many second language learners, struggling readers, non readers and disabled students. It has been proven that audiobooks successfully helped these students to enjoy books and access literature. However, they have not been used with gifted, avid and average readers. Though it becomes increasingly popular in the recent years, but some people overlook the importance of a good book.

To figure out its great importance to the society, it is necessary to learn its benefits. Basically, this is quite effective for parents to teach and share reading enjoyment to their kids who are listening. Listening with childrens audio books online is a different from reading. It is crucial to know and understand the concept of the books because there are people who consider it as cheating.

If reading means understanding the whole content of a theme or book, then audio books greatly succeed. No one must agree the importance of translating the content to children for them to read effectively. This is also the best way to understand the message, use imaginations and make connections.

It is known to be the heart of any message for the readers and the reason why most children love to read any book. Most benefits are helpful for these children to develop their focus and listening skills. A good narrator can also brings out deep enthusiasm with perfect timing and tone. Language needs to sound great. Reading it loudly teaches appreciation of grace and phrasing.

Aside from that, audiobooks can also teach them on how to hold their attention when narrating a them or story. It becomes an important skill for almost all story tellers. Listening to a certain book is helpful to learn proper emphasis, Punctuation and enunciation which bring the meaning of the contents. It would be much easier for children to know and understand a certain language and learn advanced words.

It is helpful for younger children to appreciate and understand unfamiliar accents and dialects. If English is not your first language, you will surely benefit from hearing a clean native speech and pronunciation patterns. Audiobooks open up literary contents for blind persons and great for learning disabled people. Individuals with attention Deficit disorders may find it effective as listening is more distraction free than reading.

It is important to extend your literacy time because you will be able to listen even when you are cooking, traveling, exercising or cleaning your home. Whether your children are reading a book or listening to one, a big part of the experience is to develop critical thinking and comprehension skills. Listening to audiobooks continue to help establish these skills.

Let your child retell the story and let them share you their favorite part of the story and ask questions about the characters and plot. This is important to support a clear understanding of the story being told. Certain exposure to several narrators can give kids a strong understanding of how the narrator brings a story.

Every story teller brings something unique and different of telling a story to different narrator models for kids. This way, they know how to read with flair and confidence. Also, it is a great way to make different voices for each character and the storyline itself when reading on their own.
