Time plan. When do you plan on airing the video. How long do you want the making should be. What do the experts recommend. When making your time table, its important that you talk with experts like directors and graphic designers. They know better how difficult the work is. They can help you create a time estimate.

Back up plans. What will you do in case something unexpected and unplanned happens while on set. Anything unplanned could delay work and this could affect your timeline greatly. To avoid much hassles, its important that you have something up your sleeve that you can use in case something happens. Needless to say, this should also be in line with your original plan.

Its already undeniable how videos impacted a lot of ventures. They are catchy, appeals to the senses and are more memorable than pure text. But since they also cost more compared to the more conventional ones, its highly important for the proponents to plan out its move way before the project starts. This will reduce unnecessary expenses and will save you a lot of time during the actual production method.
