It is supposed to be done regularly for it to have an impact on the staff.

It is clear enough that the success of every working station will depend on the performance of the workers. This performance, on the other hand, is determined by how these staff can coordinate with one another. Using the right activities during team building will be beneficial not only to the staff but also to the entire organization. It is, therefore, the task of the management to make these activities count.
