Why Couples Need A Pre-Wedding Photo Shoot

By Brittany Mitchell

Marriage may be the beginning of the lives of the bride and groom as one, but their wedding day is the conclusion of a major preparation. It's because every couple knows that a wedding, no matter how simply or grandly celebrated, is the product of a fastidious planning. This planning stage includes pre-wedding photo session, in which the bride and the groom pose before the camera together weeks or even months before the wedding.

Although there are people who think Pre-Wedding Photography is only a fad, it has actually been around for a long time. Our parents and grandparents may even have had a pre-wedding photo shoot during their time. It's only during the recent years that it has increased in popularity. Perhaps it's because many couples have seen the wisdom of posing together for the camera prior to their wedding day.

Pre-wedding shoots are like the getting to know stage of the couple and the photographer. It's the ideal opportunity for the couple to get rid of their discomfiture before the camera. They will be able to get to find out the person who will take the photographs on their wedding day, and the photographer will understand exactly what the couple wants.

The pictorial shoot is also held in a relaxed environment, which allows the couple and the photographer to be comfortable with one another and take natural-looking pictures. As the photographer takes the time to become familiar with what the couple likes, the couple would understand how the photographer works, which will allow for an easier working relationship.

Also, it is fun to take prenuptial photos because they normally have playful themes depending on the vision of the photographer and the idea of the clients. They may even include storylines and costumes. These photo shoots allow couples to have fun, be flirty, and get creative before the camera. The pictures would most likely shoot fun shots if they are having fun in the photo shoot.

Singapore prenuptial shoots are not the same with Singapore bridal wedding photos, though. The latter concentrates on the bride and is typically shot on the wedding day itself, while prenuptial shoots feature both the bride and the groom and are taken before the big day. Clients don't need to worry about spending extra for a separate photo shoot charge because most Singapore photographers already include prenuptial pictures in their wedding photography packages.
